Welcome to the website (“Site”) of Cipla Cancer and Aids Foundation (“CCAF”)
CCAF is a registered public charitable trust, registered in Mumbai. CCAF runs the Cipla Palliative Care and Training Centre in Pune which is a Centre dedicated to providing holistic palliative care to cancer patients and their families. These Terms and Conditions sets out the terms and conditions and disclaimers pertaining to use or access of the Site. Any reference to the Terms and Conditions will mean a reference to the Terms and Conditions as amended or modified. The Site and its contents are designed to comply with the laws and regulations of India. Although accessible in other parts of the world, the Site and its contents are intended for access and use by Indian residents only.1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Access to and use of this Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. The CIPLA trademark and CIPLA logo and all ancillary intellectual property rights are used under a non-exclusive license from Cipla Limited. The Website is not designed to collect and/or receive any personal information of you by itself. CCAF is not able to identify you personally unless you access the Website and/or provide any personal information.
